Get plenty of chronics over here in Hawaii. I was in Waipahu waiting for my car to get safety check done. They told me was going to be about an hour which was fair as they are always busy. So I decided to go to Zippy’s to eat much while I wait and as I cross the highway I see a guy on the sidewalk next to the McDonald’s parking lot with no shirt walking strangely and swinging around what looks to be a tool carrying case. The guy was likely on dope.
