Bypassing All Subscription Paywalls with Computer Science

Is there going to be an update to this extension? It seems that support for it has dropped when Manifest v2 was depricated, and it's outdated. I tried accessing the NY Times today and it didn't work.

It's so frustrating when you do a google search and the top result is a link to a website with a paywall. You can't even see the text supposedly matching the results of your search. That is super unethical and this extension is therefore justified.

Anyone knows how to add a custom site? It seems kind of difficult and those general plugins are great for major western outlets but they don't affect publications in my local language that I'd like to add. Can anyone help me with that?
