ОтветитьMy cousin and I almost overdosed on salad tonight. Death was imminent. We collapsed on the kitchen floor, sobbing, as the salad attempted to claw its way out of our stomachs. All I can say is; be careful, salad will fight back in evil ways.
ОтветитьI'm vegan and have been for a while, accidentally ate something with milk earlier which did NUMBERS on my stomach lol. I did this practice and about 6 minutes in let out the biggest burp 😅 suddenly felt a lot better!

ОтветитьBro I had half a container of sea soup and two big plates of Chinese food along with everything else I ate today. I'm 5'4 and ate around 3,000 calories😭
ОтветитьTaking part in this one today not because I overate or feel bad about what I ate, but because I'm bloated from cramps, gassy, feeling all sorts of weird in my lower abdomen after eating a yummy breakfast. Grateful for Adriene's sessions, especially these themed ones that bring us back to mind-body connection and grateful mindfulness.
ОтветитьCame back to this video after overeating some pasta and started getting stomach pains. I remembered doing this video in the past and feeling better by the end of it, so I did it this evening and by the time I laid down, the stomach pains were gone! I laid there a few extra minutes after the video ended and then once I got up, my stomach started up a chorus. 😆 Already feeling much better, thank you for this video! It'll be what I recommend to anyone else having overeating stomach pains now.

ОтветитьI have a magnesium deficiency and ran out of my supplement and couldn’t repurchase for a week. I’ve hardly eaten in two days (your body literally can’t digest food without mag). I’m on the mend now but spent the morning throwing up stomach bile. This really helped me feel more in control. I’m in tears rn. 🥺
ОтветитьI was recently diagnosed with diabetes at 32. I weigh like 95 pounds but still have to watch my diet. I try to eat clean as much as possible, but today I had too much carbs, sugar and just everything…. And as soon I walked out of the restaurant, I regretted and felt horribly full and disgusting. Even during this yoga I felt very uncomfortable because my stomach was soooooo full. But at the end I actually felt better! I was surprised.. breathing really works! Tomorrow is a new day like you said. What is done is done. Let me take it gracefully and gratefully and move on. Thank you so much 😊 You are the best instructor I have ever known!

ОтветитьWau... all these years my Indian teachers told me, you NEVER EVER do Yoga within 3h30 after a meal... I thought this was such a basic given, there was no need to even mention it.I was searching here Yoga poses which increase the digestive fire on a permanent basis, by unblocking the energy of the solar plexus (Manipura).
