My baby didn't pass stool for 4 days continuesly when i checked from the doctor was said that baby is bormal what can I intake dr. My baby is not showing any uncomfortable symptoms as well she's reacting normal

Then we will eat any kind of food now

My baby is 2 months she has too much gas and for passing gas she is pressing too much especially in night . What is the solution ??
