well that’s interesting:) thanks for sharing. however my hormones work differently I guess. during the luteal phase I feel energetic, during my period as well but then after my period till ov. I feel so down and tired… makes me lay on my bed for hours like a dead body…

I started a diet and exercise lost 3lb before period day 3 period hit me like a tornado i cant move dont wanna drink water.. gained under a pound 😢 endee uo eating bread oiece today 😢

Are there studies to support these claims? I just watched another video citing studies that showed that menstrual cycle did not affect strength/endurance. I’m sure it affects motivation, but I’d like to know what studies have you found to claim this. Thxs.

I think you meant to say the opposite. One should ramp DOWN during their period then ramp back up during ovulation! You're actually more sensitive during your period...

Week before you also need to reduce stress as much as possible so you should be reducing intensity of exercise massively if possible. Walking yoga qigong all lower cortisol. Focus on nourishing yourself eat when your hungry even if more than usual you need more magnesium and b vitamins premenstrual and progesterone needs low cortisol. Honestly my PMS symtoms have massively reduced once i started just walking and eating enough magnesium and b vitamin rich foods week before the period. When ive pushed myself in the gym up to my period it is much worse!

I just started working out a week now.. been to the gym Saturday Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday!
But I started freaking out because my period is delayed by 3 days... I also had popeyes sigh ! I was CRAVING IT sooo badly couldn't control myself .. I'm expecting it soon though
