ОтветитьLove the first one ! Don't copy other. As i always explain to my patient : you don't need to meditate by sitting and trying to calm down your thoughts, there is so many ways to meditate : for me it's drawing, for my husband is sport activity
You can either walk etc ! And also start slowly is good advice ! 1 step after one another :D don't let performance anxiety slowing you down : doing new and good things take time !
You are absolutely amazing. What stores do you usually do your grocery shopping at? Do you ever stock up on water? Can you possibly do some in store grocery shopping videos? It would be awesome if you could show how you do your full shopping trip

You are so correct! I for exampl I started crochet as hobby just bcs I love see the finished project. But, I really don't enjoy seating doing it 🙈🤪
I think that I have this all or nothing mentality because I tend to be a perfectionist on the goals that I'm trying to archieve :c I'll try to put this away because we all know that "done is better than perfect"

ОтветитьYes setting smaller goals that allow us to celebrate more often is so key! Big goals that are more undefined/unrealistic really hurt progress! Love this video thanks for sharing Meghan :)
ОтветитьGreat video, mini goals are good because they are not overwhelming and so your brain doesn’t “talk you out of it”. Starting seems to be the hardest thing with goals.
