As the blood kept pouring and pouring and pouring from the medic a lifeless body, engineer understood what he did...he was Gaming so hard that at one point he lost touch with real world which just kept him dissapointed, leading to the creation of the Evilgineer Gaming, a combination of his evil side, his biggest fears and dreams. It keep going him more and more insane but now that medic is gone....the voice in his head is gone too...for now
But this isn't over yet, engineer knows that he won't be free from his evil version of himself until he won't reconcile with demons of his past and results of his selfish actions. "Just like in that game about a foggy, cursed town in state of Maine..." He thought to himself as he took pills medic gave to him to face the devil inside of him for the final time....

Engineer is still gaming.
