My teacher instructor
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьLove these tutorials. Just started as a hobby. I am now less scared of the programmable menus and more informed.
ОтветитьAmazing video :)
ОтветитьBEAUTIFUL TUTORIAL! Keep up the great work! Do you like working with Manual lenses WITHOUT autofocus?
ОтветитьI'm trying to set up for taking fireworks pictures and the person that I watched said to put it on manual focus? You explain everything so well and in detail thank you.
ОтветитьGood video on AF basics
ОтветитьQuestion for you. Since I’m a beginner, which camera would be the most effective for me? I’m just learning by watching your videos.
ОтветитьVery helpful informations
Ответитьcrappy video quality for a pro photographer
ОтветитьI can get off the auto mode, but I cant shoot without using a tripod, long ones or short handheld.
ОтветитьBuy a Cannon DSLR used in manual mode, and connect a 7-10" tablet through DSLR controller app. You get unbelievably sharp focus.
With complete control of your camera via the tablet. No jitters!
Awesome tips and information. Thanks Mark.
ОтветитьI've been watching a lot of photography tutorials but your tutorials are the best... Thanks Mark
Ответитьgetting back into photos with a d3500 what settings are good in manual mode if I want everything in focus and not a single subject?
ОтветитьGreat video. Did you use to work for Adorama?
ОтветитьGreat clips, easy to understand for someone like me.I have recently been bought the Sony RX10iv and was beginning to get frustrated with it due to the huge menu, your videos have made it all a lot clearer, thank you👍

Focusing on one brand of camera would keep me on track, too many different cameras gets confusing
ОтветитьMy niece gave me a canon eos 650D
They know i love photography but sadly i don't know how to rightly use this 10 year old camera. Until i cam across your tutorial. And i'm stuck on your tutorial mr. Mark. Hope to learn more from your great tutorial.
FINALLY someone who knows how to explain clearly and with useful examples! Thank you!
ОтветитьJust watched your video on different types of focusing. Really enjoy your teaching style. Question. I have a Canon 60D with a 16-300 Tamron as a walkaround lens. Recently it seems images are a little soft. I don't like the AF on this camera and it doesn't have the best reputation for focusing. So my question is do you have any videos or suggestions for hand held manual focusing. I'm probably not as steady as I once was as I am 74 now. So any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Son and I are headed out to Dubling and Belfast in a couple of weeks and will not be taking a tripod. Might give a couple of bean bags a shot to see how they work. Like your videos.
ОтветитьGreat tips Thank you.
ОтветитьYou're awesome Mark!
ОтветитьHi, whenever I try to focus and recompose, my camera tries focusing again, even if I don’t take my finger off the focus. I’ve put it into one shot AF and still no luck.
ОтветитьThere's so many different focusing techniques. I mean there's an autofocus that focuses on moving. There's an auto focus you hit the shutter button and it focuses. There's manual autofocus to manually do it yourself. There's automatic where automatically does sometimes if you don't do the right focusing points that causes it. But I'm a professional photographer so I know all the techniques to do good focusing
ОтветитьThe best teacher
ОтветитьAwesome nobody teach this 💯🥳
ОтветитьYou said any camera yet this only is about digital
ОтветитьThis is the best Video so far for learning beginning photography thank you so much for making just a helpful video for new photographer like me……you are the best👍
Ответитьnice video tutorials for begginer like me
Ответитьhi, why my shots at night are blurdy? yesterday i used my 70-300 set it to sports but still blurdy. Thanks for the answer.
ОтветитьGood👍
ОтветитьUsually I get bored and sleepy and I don’t finish the videos because I am bombarded with information, but with this guy he explains everything in detail and takes you through the process step-by-step.
ОтветитьYou are great...I finally understand.
Ответитьwhat is flexible autofocus in canon 750d..i got only kit lens 18 55
ОтветитьMark your videos are the best and most informative I have found, well done. When you took the pictures of the Taxis and you used af-c focus were you in aperture or shutter mode and what was the f stop or the shutter speed?
ОтветитьSan Miguel de Allende?(:
ОтветитьGreat tips especially FOCUS and RECOMPOSE. Liked and Subscribed!
I have two questions (for anyone) please...
1. Other than it being more time consuming, would I achieve the same result if I electronically moved the small, single focus box around? Nikon D5500. I think you called this "FLEXIBLE SPOT, FOCUS AREA MODE." Which is better? Seems the former would be much faster.
2. FOCUS CONFIRMATION on D5500: Why does the focus box tend to turn green when I push on the large touchscreen vs. when I depress the shutter half way? (it tends to light up in red more) It's hard to clearly tell when I am in focus. It seems to beep randomly and the green box is not consistent and sometimes flashes red. In general I know red is out of focus and "green is good" but as I said, it is not consistent. The same shot can display both right after the other. I guess I should not expect too much from a low-mid tier camera. Fortunately I can always manually focus. It still takes really nice pics.
Very detailed. Amazing.
ОтветитьThis video is a gem you deserve many more likes and visibility well done. Thank you
ОтветитьIm a beginner thank you for this info!
ОтветитьI really apprciate all of your episodes on camera technques... Ut in this particular video i think you have far too many flashing adds for your paid courses it seems to pop up every 60 seconds or so!
ОтветитьLove when photographers go on the field and actually show you examples! Thank you for this video
ОтветитьImpressive
ОтветитьWonderful, explain exactly what explain to me to get sharp focus. Genuinely brand independent!
