Where's the "Luxury Home"? All I see are cheap windows, no exterior detailing, a lot of siding, small rear exit doorway, 8ft ceilings, one piece bathtub surround, no basement, small lots and tapered ceilings because of low roofs. If this passes for luxury in Texas, then I don't want to know what non-luxury is. Also, see my earlier comment on Pulte being possibly the lowest quality builder is all of Michigan despite them being founded in our state.

Pulte was founded here in Michigan, and the company is known as the worst builder you could ever chose. They cater to low-cost, low-quality dwellings and are generally dismissed by any serious buyer in Michigan. Their strategy only works because they expanded to nation-wide construction where their products have an audience.
