ОтветитьHmm interesting technique. Im sure they were good. But idk about putting the eggs in a cold pan for the everyday home cook. U less youre okay standing there stirring your eggs waiting for them to cook for 20+ minutes. I put them in a pan heated over medium. They cook a lot faster and as long as you keep stirring and dont leave them on too long, you still get that custardy consistancy. But only takes about 3 minutes instead of 20 minutes.

ОтветитьThin slices of prosciutto ?? You only eat prosciutto in thin slices so there is no reason to say thin … nothing worse then a deli that tries to act like an old school authentic pork store !!! And you buy a pound of still warm salted mozzarella and a pound of prosciutto di Palma and you get home and it’s crap cold mozzarella and the slicer doesn’t take the hard crust off the meat and cuts it thick lol …. So every bite is inedible …. Pastosa’s deli in Staten Island is one of the best Italian deli’s on the east coast don’t get me wrong we have many great Italian deli’s in NYC but Pastosa’s makes the best pasta especially ravioli….

ОтветитьPut bacon in. Take bacon out. Out eggs in bacon fat on high heat. Turn off the heat immediately, stir around a bit and boom. Best eggs.
