ОтветитьBut you don't always know the cue. Sometimes it's more complex then that. I'll tell you what helps me, gradual reduction. I used to drink quite heavily. Now I only drink 2 or 1 pint a day. It's a lot better than several. I did it by saying I'm only going to drink 3 pints, then next week saying ok 2 pints, then 1 pint. Eliminating something completely never works. Long term solutions is in gradually reducing intake of something. It's what they do with addicts and it can help you as well.
