finally i found a video with clear sound simple and easy instructions

*ATTENTION*

I have a solution if you end up stuck in "SS RDX" mode
1. Once in SS RDX Mode plug USB Cable from Tablet to a Laptop or Computer
2. Press and hold both power and volume down until the screen exits SS RDX and you see black
3. As soon as you see black, while still holding the power button, press volume up and it should take you to the recovery menu

I took me a few times but I was able to get it after roughly 20 attempts

I've tried this at least 50x on S Tablet, still doesn't go into factory reset! Tried w/plugged in. Found one video that stated tablet needs to be full discharged! Not sure what's going on with this new tablet. Forgot pin!
