Apple FineWoven Magnetic Link Bands Review: Better Than Leather?

I wasn’t a fan at 1st but have decided to get the Taupe for my Ultra. It looks really good.😊

a watch proof silicon apple watch version is better than the non water proof fine woven apple watch band.

Honestly if the cases and the accessoires don’t scratch then I would like those as well but they expensive within 40 usd I would go for them if they didn’t scratch

I bought my husband the green one for his birthday but magnetic band isn’t very good , band gets lose with movement of ur hand , only had it 3 days

How about scratches and water on it?? I live in Seattle which rain alot and I watch my hand almost like every hour. How do you think these will last? I have a deal on the old leather link for like $30 but I know after the coating wears offc water will probably stay on the leather. How about these guys? I always go with black because on your wrist is harder to keep it safe unlike leather case.

My blue jeans are also made out of woven material. They scratch and stain. Absolute garbage. I’m going pantless from now on.

I will never let them urinate on my head and tell me its raining. they were selling high quality European made leather goods for low costs. and now they want me to buy recycled water bottles. get real. this is a major fail for them. its just silly as well because leather is not a primary industry meaning those cows are not killed for their hides, they will be killed regardless. Absolute fail and waste. These are trash. They're not even close to the leather. JUST to show you how much of a fail this is, USED leather bands are now reselling for MORE than brand new ones.

I have so many watch bands and if there was a black I might buy one but you have inspired me to swap my normal Velcro one on the watch ultra. I think I’ll start to rotate a few .Even found my green leather magnetic one

Just like most things in life, everything is personal. Do not think I will ever purchase anything that is Apple FineWoven. To each their own.

they look good IMO but would appreciate an update later showing some intentional scratching or maybe how they age after a month of wear and tear with regular use

I don’t want a cloth looking watch band. Metal, leather, or even the rubber/plastic ones look better to me.

Why would you buy a fabric band when you could buy the Milanese bracelet for the same money? It looks classy and will last longer!

Leather is so yesterday, inhumane and ignorant. I am awaiting my Pacific Blue band in November. They weren't available when I ordered my Watch 9. I just ordered the wallet too.

Surprised they kept the price same as the leather products. Seems very overpriced now. 3rd party is getting my 💰

The cases are crap. Already falling apart.

The leather versions were terrible for durability. Apple replaced mine for free, but the replacement went the same way very quickly. Have to say, it’s put me off buying Apple Watch straps again - they are not cheap!
