"god build" has to be one of the most backwards, ignorant, names I have ever heard in my life especially something referring to anything in a video game, with all due respect. In reality, a human being cannot hold their breath very long without worrying about the problem of dying and considering things like, if a person slips and falls and hits their head just right on the sink in a bathroom, they could die, so as far as any humans that are breathing air on this Earth today being anything remotely close to God as in Jesus Christ, who created the universe and things outside and inside of it and is responsible for creating the first man and woman and every animal on this planet and is all-powerful and all-knowing and God, who took the sin of the world on Himself and was raised from the dead 3 days later??? People need to stop. Ok be builds are not the op build in game I hate this say it and don’t hate me for say it I am a be build myself on Xbox abs pc I am run a fixer and I will say it maybe I’m run the wrong guns to I have run a handmade before I had them I used them a little bit but I never full full used them in game before run with them for weeks on end or months on end only because 5.6 cost why to must to make why I never full run with it but make this video will change my mind I really hope it’s a good video

Ive seen a bunch of bloody builds and none work for me. I dont quite have all the legendary perks maxed as I messed around a bunch BUT this one looks pretty good. Im definitely going to give this build a go and try out a few weapons. Been look for a build to use my handmade since I got intergalactic skin in daily ops and threw it on my vamp one.

My problem seems to be with carry weight. If i dont have high strength im always overencumbered....hence if i used ur build id probably be way over my weight limit...sigh. i really think Bethesda did this crap on purpose to incentivize you to get the 1st membership (which i have)...oh and im bloodied with a full unyielding set of ss armor.

Wouldn't Follow Through be a must in Lengendary perks?

Huge tip, use the herd mentality serum to get ur luck from 30 to 33 (+3 instead of +2 with strange in numbers active) so that every other shot is a critical, makes crit savvy and four leaf clover useless plus creates big damage.

Most op is hyperbole. Dps? Yeah pretty fire. Solo daily ops? Eh have fun. PA makes you nearly immortal soooo

Quick question about missing or interesting choices for perks:
Str: Sturdy Frame / Pack rat
Perception: Tank Killer?
Endurance: Fireproof?
Charisma: Tenderizer?
Luck: 1 psycho / 3 better crits instead of 1 better crits / 3 savvy 1?
Int: At +2% increased XP per int, is it worth the above?

I’m just wondering, is this vid for players who can’t afford all the perks you have because you use nearly maxed legendary cards, and without guidance will prioritize choosing the lesser cards (or interesting omissions or less optimal choices you’ve made)? Or is this for veteran players with maxed legendary cards who’d never opt for int over cards like Tenderizer?
I remember when I first started and would re-watch saved videos with new lenses as time went on. Early on their minor interjections and details went over my head… But suddenly made sense re-watching the video, maybe weeks later.
I’m not one for long videos, but I know you can fit it into the script, just to understand your reasoning for many more of the choices that you’ve made.
Undoubtedly, you’ve seen plenty of these videos before and hopefully understand their picks. Newer players are also likely to have seen many videos, but might not understand, and would like some deeper insight on the differences =)

Alright. You're clearly a vet in FO76, playing for some time, and surely knows your shit, but seeing how young your channel is, and how suboptimal this build is, this just isn't the most OP build for bloodied. Is barely is a proper bloodied build. This is obviously a 'daily driver' type of build you're using on a day to day basis, with a bunch of QoL and 'farm' perks and stuff, like high INT. And you know this; but some folks starting just now don't know that and they might see this and think it's a proper build when it just isn't. Here's my two cent:

The only perk you need in STR is Blocker. 2 points is all you need, everything else is just QoL for carry weight perks.
Tank Killer is a must here. Armor penetration is a negation of %DR of enemies and without it, you're just outputting way less damage than you could. Since you're using an AA handmade, no perforating, stinging or piercing magazine, you're sporting a grand total of zero armor penetration. For more on DR, how armor penetration works, @AngryTurtle did an amazing video on it - but the gist of it is that high ROF automatic weapons benefit more from high armor penetration than high damage per bullet ones do, but overall, everyone should run it. Only one rank of concentrated fire is needed and you need to remove a point from either master commando or ground pounder.
Ironclad is a bad perk. DR in general is only worth up until 250 armor or so and beyond that adding health is far more useful. Lifegiver is the right choice here, but you can go with fireproof against explosions, like SBQ's screams. Or both, if you invest in a STR legendary card.
Hard bargain? You could have at least swapped cards before making the video, bud. Being this a purely QoL perk, it's by far the wrong choice here. Tenderizer is the right one - and it stacks with your team mates! - but even other QoL perks would be better, like Inspirational for XP or field surgeon for survivability.
There's absolutely no need for such high INT in a regular bloodied build, only in a XP farm build this much would be necessary. As far as perks go, the only necessary one is Nerd Rage and, if you've got a weapon with explosive, demolition expert. Otherwise, you can run just Nerd Rage. For QoL, I'd run gunsmith whenever I'm using a non-explosive weapon and swap to demolition expert when I am.
At least one level on Gun Fu is advised to prevent the target swap bug in VATS. I'd use Adrenaline at level 2 and Gun Fu at 3.
You should replace Psycopath with Grim Reaper's Sprint. We get so much Luck from unyielding + buffs, we can get a crit every other shot or so. There's absolutely no need for Psycopath. As you stated, Good With Salt is a purely QoL and absolutely unnecessary for the build and the usage of Critical Savvy is spot on.

For the weapon:

Aligned long barrel has less AP cost per shot, as well as better range. Stock should be either forceful (longer durability) or aligned (less VATS cost). Magazine should be perforating or stinging.

Overall, as I said, you know what you're doing. You build is a solid farming build for endgame. It's not a proper bloodied build, however.

Roll yourself unyielding with AP regen x2 and drop action boy for gunfu. Seen someone say nerdrage I agree and trade the defensive luck perk for crit savvy of you can pump luck high enuff with buffs it's crit every other hit 😉 I think its 34 your shooting for.

My commando build without stealth, have a Railway rifle with x4 Magazine size + 25% shoot speed and better críticas meter fully, value web 50.000 caps. Mutants lv100 250-350 dmg standart, 850-1100 crit depend drugs and food boosters. With PA have a insane refill action points, before finish reload have again The full bar meter. The beast!!!

best gun in my opinion for a bloodied stealth will be a fixer either a be or bffr if they have 25 less ap cost even better

Most OP built but not the most OP weapon

My thoughts:
1. you don't need pack rat. What you do need is: Blocker.

Remember: On normal scenario, it's fine -- but on daily ops and boss fights, you will want that extra protection and it will protects you.

2. You don't need traveling pharmacy, wear bags that has chemist mods.

3. -2 STR and add that to endurance, pick explosion protection unless you want to be a literal glass cannon.

4. Tenderizer on charimsa. More damage.

5. Good with salt is useless because you're going to get so many item so easily that loosing a few bites of meats doesn't hurt you at all, instead: pick Bloody mess, literally flat damage increase.

6. Instead of taking Ground pounder, pick: Tank Killer. It made your Bloodied Weapon effective, and your Anti-Armor more deadly.

7. optional: get Gun Fu on AG, you don't need Escape artists, in my experience, you don't/can't get back on stealth once you got found out by enemies, you'd want to drill them as fast as possible. Gun Fu increases damage once it switch targets. -- why Gun Fu? if you use Quad Railway Rifle, you can literally clean the floor during Colossal Problem with single bar of AP. Your melee friends will thanks you, your PA friends will thanks you, you going home from that mine with thousands of screws.

Recommended legendary perks: Follow Through.

At high level, your INT is too high, you don't need experience when you have all the perks, levels becomes cosmetics past level 150-200. Reduce INT, add Endurance.

The weapon that you would want: Quad Railway Rifle, for normal scenarios: Bloodied or Anti-Armor.

No gunfu

Why would you have all three ranks of all the commando cards instead of dropping each one by 1 point and investing all of that in Tank Killer? You'd get more damage.

Bloodied build without nerd rage or bloody mess . Hmmm

Can you show a PA build with heavy weapons?

Note from the Vault! If you have a bloodied build, make sure you irradiate yourself down to 20% health. Your damage output will have all of the benefits of being low health and serendipity and will stop you from getting killed by a single bullet. Also make sure you equipped nerd rage for a second chance at life.
