IBM Machine Learning Professional Certificate on Coursera: Full Review!

Hi Greg, thank you for the comprehensive review. I have already taken the ML Specialization by Prof Andrew Ng. Should I take up this course as well??

What would you recommend if one was to choose between IBM AI Engineering or IBM Machine learning I have just completed IBM Data science I am confused between them.

If I've already been studying ML and I'm confident in my knowledge can I just take the exam for the certificate?

Is there anyone who has a lot of experience in this field? I have a degree in communications and minor in computer science (44 quarter units of CS classes, basically a mini CS degree, that's how the department describes it) from UC Davis,
I am trying to develop my career. I am almost finished with the google data analytics certification and I am wonder what would be a good course to start next. Thinking about the IBM Machine learning cert but this sounds great too. I tend to like the more CS side of things.
