Honestly looking back at my ex friend group they were toxic, I've had others ask me how and why i stayed with them for so long whenever i tell them the story. From making fun of me for being a lightweight, having a skin condition (one saved me as a lizard referring to my skin condition), my cooking skills when i first started, never siding with me when i was clearly done wrong by another. I went from having around 20friends to 5 and I'm so glad it happened. Those 5 are my ride or die and I've noticed that my skin and even hair has improved ever since I left that friend group. Guys put yourself first and dont be scared to cut people off when they do you wrong, for your own mental and even physical health❤. I've cut off so many people from my highschool, including that friend group and I couldn't be happier😊

Trying to make new friends thru my 20ties. It's a hard journey but Im finnaly getting somewhere. I always had friends who where obsessed about Male attention also jealous reaction towards me.

Some times is hard to find red flags and what to do about them I'm still trying but you channel helped me a lot.

Some extras:

• they reject opportunities for you and never tell u (e.g rejecting a guy that likes you or blocking a connection that could have gave you a job)

• they make shure you never step up your game (bad advice in purpose or punish u from trying to glow up)

• they get distraught when you're the center of attention (e.g a guy approaching you or someone giving you a compliment)

• they change other people's perception of you to dimm your ligh (be known for being the pretty girl but then they try to make you the emotional support low maintainance girl)

• they ignore you in purpose or influence others to not like you (keeping you in a false hierarchy where you feel like nobody likes you or no one appreciates your presence)(similar to one of the points in the video)
