India every thing dirty because the Govt and politicians were / are dirty that reflects in countries tidiness - infrastructure traffic system etc. lack of education , densely populated and huge country etc makes it worse but politicians are interested in their own pocket only. Hope this will change soon. Eventually whole place will become neat , but takes time May be another 100 years -we won’t witness the changes then

Obviously Germany is much much better. Ppl will come here and say useless shit. But we all know. India is developing while Germany is at apex development. As per rule of law Germany is way ahead ,well in India rapist are honoured by ruling prime minister shameless shit, in Germany ppl can't tolerate rapist in their culture while in India rapes are going common in culture nowadays.
