It took me 30 mins and27 second to get to the cutting part BC I struggled and then I cut the wrong f'ing cord I CUT THE CORD THAT MADE IT A LONG-ISH RANGED WEAPON

just about went insane tightening it, thought I was caught in a loop.

I am trying to make this as a lanyard/kechain (which is shown in the thumbnail) but it's not obvious when to loop it through your knife/EDC item. It seems like you have to do it mid construction, after you do the overhand loop core. Kind of confusing.

this is a late comment but after making this you actually need 2ft not 3ft, you have a huge loop with 3ft
