What happened to him? I hope everything is alright with him, didnt seen him posting anymore for the last 2 years
ОтветитьDo the J/105 please!
ОтветитьI just kept clicking on videos until I got to this one and realized there are no more videos! I really hope Sailing Anarchy makes more videos in the future.
ОтветитьHow is the design regarding wet cores? Is that still the case with J boats or was that only in the past ?
ОтветитьDo you have an Albin Ballad over there?
ОтветитьYou going to do new videos or is this channel done?
ОтветитьThis boat is BEGGING for a tiller.
ОтветитьWhat happened to the vids? Man I thought you had a real good thing going and I'm bummed this is the last one. Hope all is well.
ОтветитьThanks for the shout out to the Great Lakes! How come no new videos?
ОтветитьAre you guys alive there? Or have you descended into anarchy? 😉
ОтветитьIs this channel dead?
Ответитьcan you do some of the french designs like the beneteau first 260 spirit ( or first 25.7) or the jeanneau sun fast 26 ( or any other in that series?) or perhaps the first 27.7?
ОтветитьWould love to see a J29 retro boat tour.
ОтветитьYO YO YO, It's the big Dawg Scotty Teeee! What happened did you stop making these? I really do enjoy them. I hope you keep it up for your love of sailing and not for subs. At this rate...let's see...7,110 subs/ 47 vids=151 new subs/vid. That means you'll hit 100k subs in just 620 more vids! You can do a retroboat review on my boat to celebrate for vid 648! Keep up the good work, I really do like these.
ОтветитьWhere are the videos?!!!
ОтветитьJust a few months ago I traded my 2004 Ben 36.7 for a 2011 J/111 and already it's "retro!" When one of my cew saw it for the first time she commented "wow, she looks fast just sitting in the slip." This one looks faster because she lacks the Facnor furler (good choice) and has the optional black pulpit and stern rails, very sharp. That wheel looks fantastic too, I really want one of those.
Pipe berths are a factory option but mine came with aftermarket. If you have a few sails on board and are at dock it's handy to toss them on the pipe berths, but then you can't sit on the lower bunks and lean back. I'll probably remove the pipe berth from one side. Other options include opening gates, shore power, refrigeration in the ice box, a hot water heater and a propane range.
One very cool standard feature you didn't mention is that there is a rope ladder that pulls right out of the transom for getting people back on board. I'll bet many owners don't even know about it. Thanks for the great video, it was cool seeing what they look like when they are all clean inside and don't have sails piled everywhere ;-)
please do some new videos!!!!
ОтветитьHey Scot, I just picked up a 1994 Carrera 290, good example, would be happy to have you come check it out for Retro boat, maybe do a little racing. We are on OKC, let me know.
ОтветитьTake a look at a Humboldt 30!
ОтветитьRetro? Really?
ОтветитьDo the S2 9.2A!
ОтветитьLove it ... I had the pleasure to sail on a J/111 in sweden, Norway, Denmark. Superb R/C yacht.
ОтветитьI love the design of J boats. Every inch looks well engineered and really beautiful at the same time.
ОтветитьWow, perfect minimalistic sailboat racer!! I wish I had the dosh ta buy this !!! ✌🏻💗😊❣️
ОтветитьWhat’s the tune you ended the video with ¿
ОтветитьNice Video. Unfortunately Sailing Anarchy is getting more famos. 5 Breaks with ads in a 15 minute video
ОтветитьHow is the hull constructed? Guessing it's a hollow core honey-comb? Always like the 'J " boats ... (ps. get an eye full of that Hinkley picnic boat next door!)
ОтветитьI love these videos Scott! Great fun and the production is top notch! If you are interested in doing a Olson 40, Dwight Rowe in Ventura has a very nice one - he has kept it up to a very high standard.
Ответитьhow dose the short toe rail for winching work out for different hight people ?
ОтветитьGood video review. You summarized all the reasons I just ordered one.
ОтветитьThe J/111 design has stayed really modern for being 10+ years old. There's a very active fleet in the Chesapeake; I sailed with one for a season a few years ago. Review that performance cat one slip over next please!
ОтветитьShow us a Schock 40! Or maybe even a Schock 41 if you can find one of the five :)
ОтветитьWould love to see a review of a C&C 115. These reviews are the best.
ОтветитьLove me some j boats. Got to be a Nelson Marek sled in that there marina. Maybe a Soverel 33. How bout a Schock 35. That's retro as he'll.
ОтветитьAnother great video....I look forward to each and every one. Thanks!
ОтветитьGreat. Can you do the J/109 next? I had a hard choice between the J/111 and J/109. Choose the 109 for the mix use in family cruising and the larger number of available boats to compete OD
ОтветитьI keep hoping someone with a Ranger 33 will let you show it off.
ОтветитьYou can order a J111 with pipe berths and also some of the early production boats on the Eastcoast had a small problem where the rudders would drop and almost fall out, but other than that, a blast to sail.
ОтветитьNice, simple yet lots of elements for a cruz
Ответитьlove how clean the j111 is.
ОтветитьMiss the cute girl! I’ve never been a big fan of J/boats but what is see is what you get. And they usually come with a nice One Design fleet. That’s always a plus.
Ответитьj/111 is retro wtf how old am I how did I get this old/?>??!?!
ОтветитьI have always felt that the 111 was the realization of what a modern day J35 would be, the 105 was not it and the 109 was not either. All the owners I have spoken to love them and say the boat has no bad habits.
ОтветитьGood review, but where is Obligatory Boat Girl? I got the serious impression she was MAGA.
ОтветитьLove the videos, and the J111. You should take a look at a Beneteau First 36.7 if you get a chance. They have a big fleet in So-Cal. Prettyy cool boats. Thanks for the series, love it.
ОтветитьThanks for fulfilling my request for a review of the J111. Great job. Would you like to review a DK 46?
ОтветитьWoah, unexpected
