The hot tub on the balcony is a disaster waiting to happen. Water is heavy, and balconies are not built for that kind of weight

got to ask one thing, how well would that lifted bed stand to some intimate activities... think about that... also that hot tub on the balcony, not a view one would enjoy unless your looking at whats IN the hot tub... and even then it's 50/50 on being enjoyable....

I hope they consulted a structural engineer before building the balcony jacuzzi. Otherwise they might find themselves a few levels lower soon.
