dont rent iff you have debit card- they only accept credit card- but they dont mine to take your money online when you rent online with debit card- but when you schould get the car in airport they dont wanna give you the car because off this scam- its so ridicilous and a shame - just pay cash another place its better than this scam circus i tell you about.

Booked from ENTERPRISE in USA to use In Izmir/Turkey. (Enterprise and Alamo represented by a same 3rd party company in Turkey, so invoices are not coming from Enterprise - FYI). Unlimited millage. The car wasn't available and upgraded to bigger one at the same price. This is good and bad. good you have a bigger car , bad because you tolls 50 percent more in Turkey.

Event if you rented from big brand still they try to get more from you. Some how when I receive my invoice, there was a KM fee which is for limited millage. Enterprise in Izmir airport didn't give me the printout instead they e-mail it to you. This is the first warning. Get the print out and make sure the agent line out every item.

Second they charge you for fee to provide a toll fees. They don't provide a detail list so you will not know the charge is correct or not. On top of the the toll charge there is 20 % tax. remember tolls in turkey include tax. moreover the government tolls are 20 % taxable but private 3rd part toll companies have only 8 % (starting from July 10, 2023). Most of the big bridges belong to 3rd party companies and 8 % taxable. It is possible that you pay 20 % extra. Enterprise Turkey didn't provide me the toll details.

Insurance is another trick to be careful. You need to get extra insurance for windshield, bumper and scratches. The full insurance coverage we have in USA is not the same in Turkey.

Now you can image the non brand companies in Turkey.

It’s been over a month and I haven’t received my deposit back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I’m really disappointed. I paid for the rental car and showed all respect to the company and the people whose working there but this is what I get in return.

They told me that it takes two working weeks and I talk to them after two weeks and said it will take another two weeks.

Extremely disappointed.

A Disclaimer for those who rent cars or buy cars in turkey, there is a small sticker that is placed behind the rear view mirror, if you do not find one, you can go the ptt and buy one and fill it up with credit, it's required for travel to other cities. If you dont get it theres a chance you might get a fine.

f you arrive at this airport (Denizli çardak Aiport) , they do not rent a car at the company "AVAIL" travel agency Rent a Car, I paid a deposit when I rented the car, but they did not return the money. They do not respond to emails or calls. AVAIL=SCAM

Very helpful. At the end of this video you mentioned about the traffic lights. Here in Canada they have upgraded almost all traffic lights like that, amber in the middle and countdowns. It reduces accidents because you can start to slow down when you see a few seconds left for it to turn red.

The most Importent thing is that God forbid you have an accident you must get a police report or the insurance won't pay out.
