Schmidt & Bender Double/Multi-Turn Turret Reset Tutorial

Hi , I am new at this, but I have a question. I have sighted in my S&B PMII 5x25 x56). Then I unscrew the two hexes on the turrets and set them to zero. I must have different conditions today, but I had to turn my elevation down. However, because I was at zero and S&B only allowed a few tenth of a mil past zero downward, I could not correct it. What is the right approach to be able to turn down when conditions change after you set your turret to zero?

What is the torque rating for the turret?

Hi, are the new S&B MTII turrets still have the numbers in window turn indicator? I ask bc someone warned me they didn't. Cheers
