I always play like this, yes very fast Drive and easy, enemy frustasion cannot beat me.

When I drive a shuttle from extreme right i use V grip and pronate forearm to do power drive.

But if shuttle comes close to centre of body or slightly right I use panhandle grip.

Is this right or should i change? I sometimes feel the panhandle drives are not powerful enough.

Very educated channel Thanks....I am 63 years and still play doubles with opponents who are in their 30s-40s....I am starting to feel my age crippling into the game day by day....slow reaction, etc, basically every play is starting to be slower...I am aware that age, stamina, strength are factors to playing good badminton.....what can I do to offset some of these factors so I can help my partner during the game....please do not say that I should play the style of mix double.....thanks

Good one. Please help me on body smash, on the body level flat drive. Most of the times it comes right into my eyes where I can see the shuttle but can't return, you know what I mean.

Having practiced this quite a bit over the last few weeks this is probably the best new tip I've learned in a long time! 👍👍

This is such an underrated channel, you can't imagine the amount of money people spend on professional coaching and you guys are doing to for free. By no means I am defaming coaching but if you have a good partner to practice these drills, you are just few steps away from improving your game..

Hi, fabulous video:) I would appreciate your advice on a couple of things..
In doubles after lifting, so anticipating a smash, should you keep your racket high or low? If it is low, I find it difficult to return a smash aimed at shoulders..
Second, I am developing my smash. I can do basic standing smash. What would you say is the progression to jump smash?
