I was once got killed by desync i was behind cover for like .5 seconds and i got killed and i was like how wallbang? And i saw the killcam i was still running

I've been experiencing a ton of desync lately (among other spectator-teammate related bugs), and prior to seeing your video, this is the best thing that has worked for me so far:
If I am behind a beam, pole, some type of cylinder, basically anything I can run in a small circle around while still having cover across from the enemy I will keep running in a circle while they chase me, and at some point in doing this, I seem to come up behind them. It feels kinda wrong but it's tricky/confusing to play while desynced from each other so....

I literally take a cover after being on low health but get killed anyway

1 second desync is EXTREAM in any FPS game.
