Hello I live on the Texas/ Mexico border. My wife has had her green card for over 30 years. In those years, she's had 1 speeding ticket. No criminal record. I believe this year we will apply for citizenship. Hopefully the process will be smooth. God bless

The 2020 election was the most monitored election in American history because of the 2016 Russia interference. Our corrupt government underestimates the intelligence of the American citizens and we have a weak government that has put our Troops on death row and their good with it. Their agenda Project 2025 was written in April 2023 and they paved the way for Elon's Evil Puppet, aka DJT. Our corrupt government knows that Germany has allegations of Elon Musk intervening in Germany's 2024 election and they haven't called for an investigation because they know our FBI will find out the truth. Robert Mueller and Jack Smith did their jobs and they no Rookies. Our corrupt government knows that the Evil Puppet is doing away with the FBI and other levels of law. Our corrupt government put the Evil Elon Puppet above the law and they stopped hiding their corruption in 2016 and they want the Americans citizens to rollover dead to destroy our country our Troops fought and died for, for decades and put our Troops on death row with the agenda of Gangsterville Enterprise senseless war abroad and in our country. Our Troops took an oath to protect the citizens of America and we have a Enemy Within, our corrupt government and this is the truth and nothing but the truth, Google is the United States government corrupt. God bless America and save our Troops from the Enemy Within, our corrupt government amen 🙏❤️😇

You have to speak English to pass the test for your citizenship, don't pay a dime if you don't speak English. The Immigration Attorneys charge out your behind. I applied for my husband and it took seven years. You get the paperwork together and file a I-130 you can download at the local library or home computer. Follow the letter you received from the Immigration Office. Read which application you complete and send back. And if you came here illegally you have to complete the application that you have to go back to your country and enter legally. The Immigration doesn't let you stay although you depend on your spouse. There's a difference in the applications that follow, know the difference. It took me 7 years but, I did it 7 long years. I called the process the papers from hell.

Messes created by wretched, vile Democrats. Increase border patrolling. Resort to house to house search operations by ICE & weed out these illegal aliens/ immigrants, arrest them, and for throw them out. There are maximum illegal immigrants mostly Indians in New York and New Jersey.

Hello I appreciate what you’re doing and I’m sure with your explanations regarding immigrants like myself would ease a lot of people. I am an immigrant, I have a permanent residency visa. My whole is planning to go back to my country ( Philippines) for 2 weeks for vacation and I have an assault and battery 34 years ago in my record. Nothing major no jail time it was just a ticket against me that I need to clear in the court which I did and had a provision for ten years which already expired in 2004. Is it going to be a problem for me if I go out of the country? Please help thank you

The best is: do not apply for citizenship of US and do not apply the green card of US. The migrant vs migrant crisis of us will getting worse and worse.

Be citizen of capital city of China + some EU permanent resident permit. Fully enough 😁

Ojalá Trump pusiera a los VERDADEROS CRIMINALES EN LA CÁRCEL comenzando con: Biden, Jill, Hunter, Fauci, Pelosi, Schumer, Obama, Michelle, Hillary, Psaki, Karine Pierre, Newsome, Bass, L A DEI Chief, pero primero haz que paguen 💰 por traición

Hello! I have a question. I am US citizen and I am married my husband in 2020 even though we have been together since 2007 and have a child. He is Mexican . We started process in January 2021 . However, we have been waiting for his Pardone to not leave and re enter the country since 2022. He submitted fingerprints in 2022. Do you know how long it takes for Pardone and what would be a next step? I would very much appreciate your response! Thank you!

I think the question you should ask yourself is should i keep being a lawyer when trump is king and he says what the law is and it eill depend on what you can pay him or do for him. Do you need lawyers if there is no constitution?

I've bern green card hold since 1993, 32 years.
I was given amnesty via the 1986 Amnesty Act of Ronald Regan. If you were illegally in the USA for 5 years prior to 1986 and convicted of no crime you were given amnesty to apply for green card. Took 7 years from applying in 1986 to get green card in '93.
