Hi! I enjoyed your video. How do I set up an event on my calendar that spans multiple weeks? As an example, Open Enrollment 30 Oct - 13 Nov. I don't want this extended event to block my availability on my calendar. Is this possible?

I've been using Outlook for nearly 20 years and never thought about right clicking on the calendar or contacts to open in a second window. Also the overlay mode of the calendars and allowing side to side is a total game changer for me. Thanks for your amazing, as always, tips.

If I am booking a meeting between 2 people, one person in NYC and another in London. The CFO I am supporting is in NYC and I am also in NYC, but the person who lives in London wants a teams meeting with the CFO. Am i booking in our NYC (EST time zone) or UK time zone??? The start and end date of the meeting (which is from 2 -3) should have an EST time zone, and it will be automatically converted for the person in London once he receives the invite, am I understanding this correctly?

Thanks a lot for your great video and tips.
One concrete question: Is there any possibility / setup options to send invitation from SHARED calendar AND track the responses within the event? (Idea was: Team has access to Shared Calendar, we would invite suppliers from this calendar and the event owner could manage the event through the shared calendar (e.g. reschedule) without duplicate this effort on her/his private calendar...)

While all of your training is great, it was that last suggestion that made me go "Wow". I will definitely use the "send my calendar" option!
