Is it exercise- let's say diamond push up - 10 reps. Do I rest 90 sec between next 10 reps of the same exercise? It that is the case 90 sec is super long.
...or is it 90 sec between the exercises?

ОтветитьThat many pull-ups doesn’t seem like a beginner workout. Many people can’t even do 1. Maybe the meaning is beginning calisthenics but not beginner to working out?
Still, I appreciate the tips! I’m really enjoying calisthenics and went from being able to do 0 push-ups to 65 in just over a week of practicing.

ОтветитьI just came across this video yesterday. I have always been interested in calisthenics, but never really delved into it.
I despise gyms and love the idea of something I can keep myself keep myself accountable for.
I will be starting this challenge today and go the distance 💪👊.
I am curious to see what the end result will be 😊
I do have one question though....are we doing one full run through of these exercises, or more than one run through each time?
I thought you mentioned that in this video but I can't find it and think maybe it was for another video that auto-played 🤔

ОтветитьFirst movement is diamond push-ups. That’s not a beginner movement. For real beginners do push-ups or incline pushups.
Edit: or it’s not shameful to do the variations on your knees. Just make it difficult to do 10 reps.
