At last Super Metroid turns 30! Before there was Resident Evil. This was one of my favorite games as a kid way back in the 90's. Even at 30 years this game is still a masterpiece!

I've played and beaten a few other Metroid Games, Zero Mission, Fusion, OG Metroid 1. I'm having problems with the wall jump in this one can anyone give me any tips? I can do it every time it isn't necessary but when I need it, like when he gets the wave beam I can't do it.

Watching this playthrough in it’s entirety, I noticed a few things: he doesn’t use any of the Save Rooms, nor does he download any of the maps from their designated computers (well, I should have used all those in the past-tense since SaikyoMog is no longer with us; God rest his soul). The only times he healed and restored his ammo was when he went back to the ship toward the end of the game, and after the confrontation with the Super Metroid itself.
Talk about hardcore!

Playing on Switch in 2023, and this is such an exceptionally effortless guide and perfect way to supplement a playthrough.
