It's simply because the store is automatically updated by switching one another. Fusey or even the system team cannot stop the flow.

Currently we have only 4 available sloths for weapons in the Shop and the fact that the algorithm picks something randomly out of all content available in general, determines that what you get is really based on luck. Therefore we do not have the power to manually alter anything in the Shop (including adding/removing content).

On a positive note, as you know, a Shop rotation happens every 24 hours. Which means new items every day!

And I get that having to wait may not seem ideal, but currently this is the only option that you and me can both get the skin we want!

In this case, I will not be able to manually place the skins in the market as collection skins rotate with the patch and individual skins refresh every 24 hours.️ Trust me, I would love to manually add your favorite skins but, sadly, I am unable to do so. This is a completely random process. Moreover, the rotating store was designed to bring more fun to the game, as you can never know what will show up the next day. I am a VALORANT player too, so I truly understand you. I really hope that you get the skin that you wanted soon.

It's True , i wanted Prelude to chaos for so long and some days ago it appeared in my store although I didn't have enough VP in my account so i took a screenshot as my friend said they'll buy you manually so i did as he said and raised a ticket and here's the reply i got from support agent :

I understand your concern. I had a similar experience with the ChronoVoid Vandal skin. I really liked the skin but when it was available in daily shop, I missed out to make the purchase due to a similar situation which is why I would feel the same way in your position too.
I really wanted to get the skin I had the required currency to purchase it, Finally I got my hands on ChronoVoid Vandal skin I wanted after waiting for few days. 
 
As for your concern, I would like to inform you that after double checking your concern and the screenshot you shared. I was able to make a special exception for you. which is why, I went ahead and granted you the Prelude to Chaos Vandal skin in exchange of 2175 VP's.

I really wish to help you as I have encountered a similar situation in the pas and I know how does it feels to miss out your favorite skin.

At the same time, I can only try to make an exception for you, when you can provide us a full screenshot of Neo Frontier Sheriff Skin being available in your shop tab.

As for the screenshot you shared, its from the collection section not from the shop section. which is why no exceptions can be made in your case.

I really wish to help you out. At the same time as I have already informed your Daily shop and Night market are randomly picked by an automated system which we Player Support have no control over. Also, we don' have the option to add skins manually in your collection.

I tried this and it didn't work....they said they have no control over the skins that appear in my store and I have to wait for the reaver vandal to come in my store. They couldn't do anything and I have been waiting for way too long now and it still hasn't appeared in my store.

This is a great gun skin, I would also love to have it. I know it is difficult to wait for the skins, especially since we are keen players of the game and we may be waiting really long.
Actually, I completely understand you, I have been waiting for an Oni for some time now, probably more than 11 months now. I think I’ve lost count. So, we were checking the rules of the rotation store and Night Market and we have some information that will clarify this situation. According to these rules, the only way to get a skin in the Store rotation or the Night market is to wait for it to show randomly.
To give you more information, the items in the store are set randomly, so we all have to wait for our skins in the same way, as they appear in a random order; even if there are repeating skins or skins that you continuously see, this is part of the randomness of the store. I understand this can be quite hard, but the only way to get a skin is by waiting for it to be randomly placed in the store by the automatic system as no human touches this system to make it fair for all the players.

Also, even if we already have the VP in the account, if the skin is not exactly in the store we are not able to purchase it, even in Player support. If we lost a skin that was on previous days, we must wait for it to come again.

So it’s basically a 50/50 percent chance the riot support person would buy it for you or tell you that they are too lazy and tell you they can’t do it.
