For those with windows firewall greyed out :

Press the win + r keys together, in the run dialogue box type:-

cmd

Next, press the ctrl+shift+enter keys together, an elevated cmd prompt will open, copy the below cmd, and right click anywhere in the cmd prompt window, select "paste' the cmd will append to the prompt, press enter.

reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\mpssvc" /v start /t REG_DWORD /d 0x2 /f

Restart computer, let us know how you get on.

For all of you who couldn't change the properties of Windows Firewall to automatic make sure you are signed in your PC through the admin account (Admin Account = The account you made first of all in the PC when it was new ) :)
