I wanted to make a comment about my progress with this vid, and do a small update. Will continue to update about my progress, but ok I have done this vid about little over a week now. Note I am coming from a place where I consider myself to be skinny fat, and have extra skin and imo my butt looks droopy to an extent.
Well I can see a pretty good difference, since I have been doing this specific workout. I do not do any other workouts at this time, specifically meaning for the glutes and legs. I do walk a bit, and have only done my upper arms. I hope that helps. But I see a difference in my butt, and how it looks to be lifting, and also even the sides of my thighs. I only do 10 pound weights btw, just so you know.

ОтветитьLoved it! I used to only be able to do first half, but today I did 15 lbs and on 1st half and 20 lbs on the 2nd half!! Woohoo!!
