ОтветитьAny advice on keeping your heel on the ground during lunges? For example, in the side lunge, I'm always on my toes on the bent leg's foot, and have a hard time reaching forward without falling over if my heel is on the ground. I've always struggled with this type of thing so any advice would be helpful. Thanks! I love your videos

ОтветитьThank you, it was perfect for my flexibility - although in the one of the last exercises the one when you said you wont feel stretching if you lay legs on floor and touch feet in the air, I was "whaaaat, I definietly do feel stretching and thats my max for now 😂" xd
