Hi i think its alot of small bones even if fillet it, how u get away from those tiny bones?

I’m not much of a fisherman, mainly because I can’t bring myself to get up early, but I do love to cook, especially fish

No need to fillet. Skin on keeps moist. Flour and butter, on skillet. Cook peal off skin and gently peal out the meat off bones. Salt pepper lemon to taste
