I use the KCC like a curl cream…emulsify, rake through and then always add a gel over it. Those are the only 2 products I use. I’ve never thought of using it as a gel at the end.

Looks amazing!! Volume + definition! I wish I could try that CS foam at my roots in that same way but I can't cuz it makes my scalp itch like crazy! I love that foam, but I have to be super careful not to get any on my scalp, though a little bit always does during scrunching.

Have reached for my curls in a bottle in a long time, what's funny is I almost did last night, but then I opted to try a new foam (The Deux texture foam) instead, along with evolvh ultimate styling lotion & AG liquid effects gel. Ooh! I got my hands on a travel size of the aquage work spray thru Ulta! I think I like it, other than the smell, which I despised & could still smell this morning. But I had a major cast so I used some CS bonding oil to get rid of a little of the cast & that stuff helped cover the aquage scent.

But I'm seriously living this look on you!

Gorgeous! So glamorous! I am gonna top my gel with that custard this morn n see what happens! I enjoy pairing a hard hold gel like the Curlsmith In Shower Style Fixer as a first layer always...only thing that holss up to TX humidity. Heh. I enjoy putting lighter hold gels on top to give it a softer, more voluminous look. Love me some product mash ups!
