After 10 Years Playing EU4 1.0 With NO DLCs Is SHOCKING !!

The entire "Romanian Warfare" section was hilarious.

Speaking of older versions, I've always liked the old missions SO MUCH MORE. As well as tile-by-tile exploring, which gave you the feeling of being with these ships instead of just sending them somewhere and forgetting about their existence, or, at least, not caring about their location. These 2 things were better before and were mistakes from Paradox to change it.
I'd rather had more missions avaivable in older mechanoc, but not in the newer one which is 1) scripted 2) too big visually 3) gives you a lot of useless claims and sometimes expects you to really conquer them.

Not complaing, but the amount of DLCs for EU4 or insane.
Was pondering buying the whole game for my friend... I tend to do that, so I can play whatever game I fancy at the time, with him. However, the whole EU4 series is silly expensive, so for once I had to back down.

As someone who started playing eu4 with 0 dlcs this is akwardly familiar💀💀💀💀

This shows why paradox is one of the greediest and most unethical companies in gaming. Any other company woud be embarrassed to have 50 DLC and make the game unplayable unless you spend $1000 on it.

Fun fact: Random New World is not a 1.0 feature. It was added with the very first DLC for EU4: Conquest of Paradise.

Man I remember playing for the first time as Portugal. I had to move the ships manually thru the fog to discover Africa. So many ships got lost but I started to ask for docking fleet rights thru all of the countries and finally reaching to India just to lose all my ships again close to Cape Verde.... Good times.
