I have been doing exercises for decades, but I have nevwr cried like I did when I got to the pigeon pose :( I just felt a rush of gratitude and I just burst into tears. Thank you for sharing your gift 🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьThank you. 🌲💚🌲
ОтветитьI was hesitant to start the session but once I did i released why. My hips felt so tense and while taking my breaths, I felt so many knots all over. I felt a rush of anger, and pain and I wanted to cry. I feel lighter after but I know that I need to continue with this practice and explore more of where this tension comes from.
ОтветитьNot me crying literally 5 minutes in
ОтветитьI’m always crying in my yoga lessons since iv become very flexible .people are quiet surprised to see it , but the release is incredible and I find it has increased my flexibility, so much negative energy and past stress stored .
ОтветитьTrumpiati Adrienilla oli drunken cow joogaliike vielä helmikuussa 2018. Missäköhän hänen lehmänsä nt ovat, lupsävätkö vielä?
ОтветитьThe yoga is good but you talk alot .
ОтветитьBeautifull human being's , gratefull 💜 !
ОтветитьI’m so glad I found you hanna! I had to release so much! I had so many uncomfortable feeling but so glad I go through it
ОтветитьWhile I didn't cry, I am now super tired and am thinking about going to bed! Did it make anyone else feel weirdly sedated? 😅
ОтветитьI definitely balled my eyes out…I needed this, bad.
ОтветитьI never knew why I was always so anxious and felt paralyzed in certain positions… esp in child’s pose or pigeon . I always felt as if I was suffocating… you stating to do what I felt safe to do… with allowing a position to be done on the elbows instead of resting the forehead on the ground…. Thank you.
ОтветитьI didn’t cry but those pigeons cause my body to shake there’s so much tension stored there. Thank you for helping me release it
Ответитьwhat a beautiful practice. I have never felt pigeon in this deep way! While I didn't cry, but my whole body was shaking in them. this felt so healing.
ОтветитьWhen I click on the store it leads to a page with an error at the top and an email sign up below. I'm not sure about that. Anyhow, thank you Hanna. 🙏🏾
Ответить<3
ОтветитьI know this video has probably been up for some time but I just found it and I whole heartedly was not thinking I was going to release any emotion but as soon as I relaxed in pigeon posed it was like a flood gate opened. I’ve been needing that for a long time AND my hips are a huge pain source for me which feel much more relieved. I’m a bit in shock but feeling grateful this popped up
ОтветитьYou are magic Hannah! Thank you for being such an excellent teacher, your flow and presence is phenomenal. Slower pace invites more and you totally embodied that!!
ОтветитьMam can you please use another colour pant except black...In black colour correct position is not clearly visible.
Nice session. It helps me. Thank you.
Ok this one its really for new beginners! Way to much talk.
ОтветитьGreat, thank you ❤
ОтветитьJust like the comment so that i can come everyday to do this yoga.🙏
ОтветитьThis really hurt, hip and knee pain during yoga is an ongoing issue for me and I’m trying to find something that doesn’t make my 28 year old body feel 100 years old… any suggestions on how to better my practice and make yoga less painful is appreciated 🙏🏻
Ответитьis it normal for your perception of time to be off while doing yoga? this video ended and i swore it felt like 5 minutes, i couldn't believe it had been 25. this is a good thing for me as i tend to get distracted and get bored with things, counting down the time. this was amazing.
ОтветитьBless this trauma release in the name of Jesus !
ОтветитьHow straining most of these were for me says quiet a lot, I rest so much of my stress on myself in an effort to conform. Stretching out and really "doing what gels comfortable" really showed me a lot.
ОтветитьI have so much tightness in my right hip but when we did the pigeon pose to the left I cried so hard thank you
ОтветитьI can’t believe I have clearly gone so long holding in whatever it was I was holding in. As soon as I leant in to the pigeon pose on the the right I burst into heavy tears and I was sobbing loudly. I’ve not cried like that since I was a young child.
Then again on the left, it took a bit longer but it came again, what felt like out of nowhere.
My hips feel amazing and I feel so calm now. Thank you so so much Hannah xxx
I feel so much better on all levels! Thank you!
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this. I yawned dozens of times throughout it. Is that an emotional release?
Ответитьsubscribed right away, thank you so much! what an amazing sequence- and it eflw by so quick!
the tears were streaming during that first Pidgeon pose. didn't realise how much i needed this. felt like a really safe space to just feel what i was feeling and heal
thank you again <3
I did not feel a shit
ОтветитьThank you for your explanations. Best beginner yoga for my needs.
ОтветитьThank you Hannah!
ОтветитьNamaste, Hannah. 🙏
ОтветитьVery thankful for Hannah and this video! I've watched this video several times before going to bed because that's a time when I typically get anxious, and it helps me relax and feel safe to feel emotions and then let them go so that I can go to sleep (I've also had sadness and anger come up too). Even tonight when I was starting to have a panic attack, I thought to turn on her video and after a while I started to calm down. I love that she speaks so soothingly and kind. And I'm grateful there are no graphics or sounds and not much visual stimulation in the room - those things can heighten my anxiety if I'm in that state - instead it just helps the mind focus on her voice and words and let go. Can't say how much I'm thankful for this resource!!
ОтветитьThis really cracked me open and allowed me to be with so many tears. Thank you so much for the really gentle and healing guidance :')
ОтветитьThis video genuinely pushed me to believe in myself and not try to hurt myself but doing exercises perfectly after being stagnant for a while. Got really emotional during the pigeon pose up until now, after the video, as I type this. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьI had to stop at 10mins, I started to feel really nauseated and light headed
ОтветитьOh man I alr know im gonna bust out crying 😭 I’m 3 minutes in
ОтветитьThank you❤
ОтветитьThank you Hannah
ОтветитьThank you for this beautifull yoga session! It was exactly what I needed today. You have a wonderfull way of expressing your guidance into the poses and holding space.
ОтветитьYou r amazing, the way you attend to the hips is so unique. For me it is really life changer❤
ОтветитьI love you and I loved this class! What a great combination of pelvic health, vinyasa yoga, and yin yoga!
ОтветитьThe way you speak is so healing I cannot even describe it. I was abused by my mother my whole childhood and you say words, that just speak directly to my soul... and when you connect that with the movement and stretches it is an amazing experience. I ended up crying like a baby. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this amazing practice.
ОтветитьThe left vs right pigeon pose brought forth wildly different emotions. Didn’t quite sob but my breaths were getting a bit shaky throughout processing what was coming out. Thanks for the video ❤
ОтветитьI feel so good,so happy, so relaxed and grounded after doing this. After doing the pigeon pose, I felt so light, I could literally feel trauma releasing. After 2 hours of doing this, I feel so happy. That means it released a lot of trauma because when I started , I was so stressed and anxious. Thank you so much ❤ for this video. You teach great 👍
ОтветитьThank you beautiful I’m really tryna heal my hips I got a lot things built up in that area and got torn labrum while playing football going thru a break up I thinks there a lot symbolism within what I’m going thru so I’m tryna heal thru yoga I appreciate your session
