Ответить8 weeks pp after c section. I have loved every workout so far, for different reasons. But the Pilates workout (Day 6) was my favorite. Thank you for strategically utilizing these 20 minutes to allow us to feel amazing, refreshed, and strong. These 20 minutes have been the highlight of each day, and I am convinced they aid me in being a better parent and partner.

My baby boy was born 20 days ago. I followed your workouts throughout my pregnancy and loved the workouts and tips! Thank you so much for what you share with the world ☺️
I had a vaginal delivery, though with an epidural. I also had a vaginal and anus tear during delivery. It's bit of discomfort now but healing well though. I want to strengthen my pelvic region asap. Can I follow this workout now ? Or which other video would you suggest?

I like the arm work out actually, I already do a lot of leg work. The core was good too. It’s all been harder than I thought with its fantastic strength building just what I need right now (nearly 11 months postpartum)
One week down! The full body and pilates kicked my butt! Well, to be honest all of them have buuuut those two were my favorite. This 14 day challenge is exactly what I needed to get back into working out! I am also doing it with a friend which has been great for accountability and debriefing after the intensity! Haha

ОтветитьDay 7 - check! Wooo one week done. My personal favorite is HIIT & I love that you incorporate kiegels (sp?). I don't know if I have diastasis recti and don't seem to understand the checks. But I have the lower belly dimple, so I assume I have it haha. I love safe core exercises, too. Honestly, it's all good :) I like resistance band work too!
