Doesn't each attack count as a move in the game? He even said something about, taking a move from his "Move-list", which implies that every action in the game is considered a move. Therefore every performable action in the game is a move.

The reason is because it does where u go right as a right symbol and B input leaving a normal up input

Ever wondered why grabbing in the air would trigger a dodge?
Why holding grab makes you enter your shield?
Why tapping grab after a jab triggers the multi-jab?
It's because there has never been a "grab" action, it's always been a macro of shield + attack
How would you play with a sideways Wiimote then? (Well obviously no psycho with at least a nunchuk would but...)

So Ultimate has a property where if you use C-stick Aerials its not like the older Smashes where it just does the move, instead it does a shorthand for the combination of direction plus A. The special stick custom controls might be doing the same thing inputing ta direction for 1 frame and then doing whatever it would be on the analog stick

The part with snake having to kill all enemies before going down the ladder, you could've just put a c4 on the ladder, let the enemie hit you and then activate c4 to kill the last enemy while you were falling

I think Olimar's only movement option is down tilt. Not sure if that's correct and I'm not sure if his Up B slowly inches him foward when jumping

Also since the other characters weren't mentioned. Their other horizontal movement abilities I have to guess. Bowser Down B probably, maybe Forward Smash inches him closer, Ganon Side B, Up B, Down B for movement, Wario Side B, Forward Smash, sonic Side B down b, and Game and Watch no horizontal movement.
