Should I buy it? - Spectrasonics Omnisphere | Beat Lab

Fucking garbage software. Constantly crashes. Horrific loading times, UI unresponsivenes (many times when you click, the UI freezes for 5-10 seconds, freezing the entire DAW with it). Any time I add it to a project, I regret it. Sick to death of dealing with it. If you like spending hundreds of dollars to be tortured, this is the software for you. Six years of using it and none of this shit ever gets fixed.

When you plug in the usb from Omnisphere 2 boxed can u choose to move all the files completely to an external hard drive

If he is going to fast for you, just lower the speed of the video to .5 in the round cog settings just below the screen on the lower right side and suddenly he will sound like a relaxed semi drunk tutorial teacher speaking at a normal pace. Your welcome.

Does the usb card stay attached after installation? Or is this something that can be taking off during plug-in use

I was missing a more critical "should you buy it", considering users that already have for instance V Collection, Komplete 12, Spitfire libraries etc

FX presets needs work, you can't just scroll thru them like the sounds library.

why do people say is expensive ...if you buy from spectra sonic yes it is ... thats why they encourage you to shop at the music outlets /dealer as its 30 percent cheaper
