As usual, fantastic recipe! One of my pet peeves is seeing some idiot at the grocery store squeezing all the avocados in the bin,trying to find just the right one. This bruises them and makes them unfit to eat. Plan ahead. Pick a nice looking one, take it home and let it ripen in a paper bag with a banana.

That looks really good. There is a place in Glenwood Springs Colorado called Tequila's that makes a cabbage salsa that I swear I eat 3 or 4 bowls of it when we go there. If you ever get to that part of Colorado you should definitely try it. Not sure if it is an authentic Mexican salsa dish but it sure is good.
