I still can’t do this pose. I just can lift my head when I use blocks and if I don’t us blocks I can just lift my head 1 cm off the floor for one second.😢 what should I do?

ОтветитьHe's absolutely correct. I find it easier to use the second method which is pushing hip forward helps me get up but my arms are still too weak so I cannot stay in the position for too long. I will keep trying and I'm sure my arms will get stronger every time I do this.

ОтветитьI still have trouble straightening my hands although I can lift my head abt 6 inches off the floor now. By now I am sure it's not a back flexibility problem. Not sure what I can do to improve.
