what about drilling holes about a couple of inches below the rim so if it rains, it will drain without filling all the way to the top... and/or cover with a mesh netting during rains...?

I love this I have a sm pond on my patio with a th ountain setting up a 2nd water sm feature .are those Lilly pads floating or ?..
ОтветитьI love your pond build, It’s breathtaking. I have a pot that i’m just waiting to set up. I’d like to plant lotus or waterlily but the pond will be indoor, in my bedroom. I wonder what would be a good source of light for plant growth. I worry it won’t be as thriving indoors 🫠
ОтветитьJust subbed! I want to ask about feeding. I'm not putting betas in, probably wild guppies the pond is full of water and plants. I'm just waiting for it to cycle. Can guppies live off of water cabage roots and other plant matter? I can feed with flakes at times but if I go out of town I want them to be able to feed off vegetation and moquito larva.
Ответитьthese little lady fish are so pretty!!!!!! I hope they love it there <3
ОтветитьDo they not need a filter because of the plants? Also would you feed them like normal
ОтветитьDrill overflow hole near the top rim of the pot and cover it with mesh. Use silicone glue around the hole to attach the mesh.
In Indonesia, you can buy smthng like plastic kawat nyamuk.
I like your work. Beautiful results.
ОтветитьDo i still have to dechlorinate the water?
Ответитьhappiest fish. not living in a size can tank

ОтветитьSuper lovely outcome! I want to make more little ponds.
Ответитьhow would you prepare this for the winter?
ОтветитьDrill holes near the top for drainage. Then conceal it with moss
ОтветитьTq for your video.Really inspiring and am so excited to have one..
ОтветитьYou don't need the music. Your work is good enough. Thank you.
ОтветитьWhat sort of fish please?
ОтветитьMaybe a layer of silicone inside could reduce the evaporation through the pot. It's fish safe as long as you let it dry out for about 24 hours
ОтветитьLove the mini pond idea! What do you do for colder months? We get all four season here.
ОтветитьWhat is the plant’s name at the bottom of the pond?
ОтветитьI love all your mini Pond
ОтветитьTill what temperature bettas can survive outdoor?
ОтветитьJust from viewing the video, the water clears up naturally?
ОтветитьGreat pretty lady and pond
Ответитьhow does the weeping moss stay moist?
ОтветитьThanks!! So inspiring! Sooo in Florida, Zone 10A…what about the soil you mentioned… should we mix the native soil with potting soil to encourage microbes? What soil exactly do you recommend, please? Thanks in advance…hope to hear from you soon !🙏😊
ОтветитьI live in a place where it usually just gets cold enough to freeze maybe an inch of water if I have the bucket very deep can I keep them outside indefinitely or will I have to bring them in I keep mosquitoe fish in them and they are fine when it freezes but I don’t wanna risk it with my betas
ОтветитьI would love to do a few mini ponds with fish for my philodendrons, peace Lillies that I rooted in water and some pothos. I want to add fish but want to make sure it's self sustaining and stays clean without taking it apart. Do you have a video explaining what I need to buy to make it self sustaining for the fish and plants to survive. Is there a list of plants somewhere that oxygenate the water and keep it clean?
ОтветитьThank you... Really inspiring...
ОтветитьI was wondering if the female bettas are pregnant, would the males fight as they do in aquariums ?
ОтветитьGreat video . Thank you
ОтветитьBeautiful. I haven't began to create one. But I love them all.
