This engine would actually work if they used supercritical CO2 and the brayton cycle. otherwise power output is way too low.
ОтветитьTata motors tried but failed miserably. :)

Regenerative braking, an alternator type battery, and or friction heat powered uv panel design etc, should be able to restore the compressed air without charging station stops. A removable, chargeable electric air pump is additional option. Furthermore, if an oxygen air cannister is explosion risk, should be possible to modify compressed air tank with 50lbs battery to safely run a regular combustion engine any way. With no liquid fuel emissions tho
ОтветитьNo motor can compete with an electric motor. Physical laws say it is impossible. The oil and gas industry will collapse within a few years. So will all car companies that do not go all in on electric cars. Compressed air is as meaningless as hydrogen. You use much more energy to make it than you get back.
ОтветитьIs the narrator AI?
Ответить😂
ОтветитьSo an air engine is a gasoline engine that instead of dynamic braking like a battery hybrid it uses cylinders to compress air that can then assist on acceleration. Problem is gas engines are 14% efficient and is still the only power source in the vehicle. This lie is in competition with Toyota. Pie in the sky at best.
ОтветитьI think Toyotas Lies are better than this one.
ОтветитьWe all have natural gas from our butt. And it will work just fine !!😅

ОтветитьI think this invention for GM is successful
Ответитьis there a way to nullify the sound of these high rpms?
ОтветитьI bought a high pressure pump to fill up a tank for paintball and possibly HPA air gun in the future a few months back. HPA air guns have come a long way and have so much power even rivaling guns that use gunpowder these days. Anyways, I thought if they ever used compressed air to power machines since it is a legitimate power source. I didn't look it up at that time and just came across this now. As stated in the video, someone already thought of it a long time ago.
There's a term called "frequency illusion" in psychology, not sure if that's what it is but every time I come up with an idea or think of a thought experiment, I hear a topic about it in the news or see videos about it later on. This has happened a lot of times... It's almost like the universe is responding to my thoughts as if I'm living in The Matrix. 😰 😂
Maybe they could just all combine the best things of all the types of power source and engines they have developed. That machine is going to be expensive, nightmarishly complicated and will have myriad of parts and systems that could go wrong but it could be the most efficient vehicle ever.
Think of charging an EV also turns on a pump that fills up a massive HPA tank at the same. Instead of the electric motor being direct drive like all EV's today, the engine that utilizes compressed air and the electric motor could both compliment each other and converge their output on the same driveshaft. That would drastically increase the milage of the EV. Now if they made the engine into a hybrid that uses petrol OR hydrogen gas (if we want to go fully green) in conjunction with the air engine and electric motor, it's going to have the best things of all worlds!
F1 engine lastest fast secret
ОтветитьThe world 🌍 is running out of air soon we all will be dead ☠️
ОтветитьWhat a crap video. The idea is arguable but the narrator cannot make up their mind ...
Ответитьthis is WAYYYYY too complicated to be user friendly
ОтветитьThis video is terrible
ОтветитьThose flaws are almost the same as early EV's ... Its need some work to solve it first. And EV's arent so safe too if battery gets damaged.
Ответитьanything that cant be taxed or doesnt add to pollution must be banned
Ответитьgarbage, don't waste your time...
ОтветитьSteam engine comeback😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьI mean how light weight can we go?
ОтветитьI have a hard time watching this video. Air is not "fuel". The vehicle is driven by the pressure, not a chemical reaction. Stop calling it fuel. It's not fuel. The air needs to be compressed by a motor, the motor runs on fuel. Or it's compressed by an electric motor, and the electricity is generated by a motor running on fuel, or a solar panel, or a wind turbine.
But compressed air can't be included in a vehicle in volumes or pressures that are safe for long distance travel. I don't want to be sitting in the vehicle when the 20Bar drive line feeding the rear axle pops. Nor do I want to be in the vehicle when the top speed drops to 50mph because the pressure is down to 10Bar. Nor do I want a vehicle that drives slower when high pressure weather systems move in.
The only way to travel long distance in a compressed air driven vehicle is to build an air compressor into the vehicle, and then you're back to square 1, but with a driveline that loses 60% of it's efficiency on a good day. You can recover some of that by running a diesel generator at it's optimum speed to power a compressor, but's a still a net loss and another point of failure. Except the point of failure is a whole system.
As a "can we do it" project, very cool; commercially, ridiculous.
BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR YEARS NOW. WAY BETTER THEN EV OR WATER CARS, imagine everyone had an ev car. There would be hour a 2 hour long line up at the charging stations. They cost just as much as gas to fill. now imagine water fueled cars. Now our drinking water will go up in price like gas did when it was first introduced at .05 cents per gallon which went up 1067% if we used water and it went up 1067% we would see 46.00 dollars a gallon
ОтветитьBlah blah blah-I've been seeing this nonsense for 100 years the oppressors continued attack and withhold advanced technology from the world, Antichrist b***** control!
Could you make a engine that runs off compressed air that produces more compressed air to fuel itself? Free energy
ОтветитьYou make no sense with the "clean" part of the compressed air cars. To produce the compressed air, you'd need either a diesel-powered compressor or an electric one. The first option would obviously invalidate any "green" aspect of the technology and make it pointless. The second one makes no sense either, why turn electricity into mechanical energy when you can use it as it is?
ОтветитьPlease stop using the word "Disrupt". It's completely lame. Also, I hope you know that air, or batteries, or gasoline, are merely CARRIERS of energy ..... Not the energy itself. Air carries very, very, little energy and therefore won't ever be useful for transportation. Definitely and absolutely 1000% not ever never no sir anything like a "disruption". EVER.
