ОтветитьDR-I-PPP-PPP-INGGG with sweat. You all have to do these everyday on repeat. In fact, my mass now is 83.9 kg so I'm going to do this workout everyday for week. I will update you next Tuesday what my mass will be then okay? Okay.

ОтветитьOh my gosh, I stopped multiple times during this workout to catch my breath, but then I finished it. Even at the end I was perspiring like crazy. I’ve been afraid to do intense workouts because I would be super sore the next day. But I know with these, my muscles will not be sore and I will continue tomorrow. Thank you Jo! ❤

ОтветитьGained 2 stone since starting my job over a year ago. Been so self conscious since a co worker called me fat. I'm really hoping this helps. Got an event in 3 weeks and even if I loose an inch by then, I'll be happy to feel a difference in my clothes.

ОтветитьI started working out for about two weeks now and I started following Jo’s workout videos on the second week. I love that she has low impact workouts that’s perfect for me cuz I haven’t worked out in years. They still make me sweat tho!💦 I love Jo’s smile and energy. It helps keep me motivated lol❤
