This game has weird performance issues. When it doesn't reach it's 60fps target some animations are played at half frame rate. I'm convinced all the tech sites who said it was a masterclass in optimization didn't get past the first hour of the game. At least that was my experience with a GTX 1070Ti.

it still looks like shit? that's what you get with an abortion of a game for consoles, half assly ported to pc too. It had shit visuals to begin with, because consoles could never take advantage of it. No need to run it on that high of a res. Probably could get 300 fps on quad hd, with the same exact visuals.

This game is absolutely incredible. The story and characters along with just the immense attention to detail made this game easily one of my top 5 all time favorite. Possibly even my favorite of all time. Just incredible. We needed this breathe of fresh air with so many trash games coming out these days.

This game has some of the best Character models I have ever seen, in cut scenes at least. I was keeping an eye on the CPU usage and the Ryzen 9 3950X hit 41% usage at times. It makes sense because if you pay attention there is a lot going on., Kojima has a very talented team.
