ОтветитьJust aesthetic video tips, I would flip(mirror) your face so you are looking inwards, or change place with other peson. It would look better as you are not facing towards outside screen. I think you like it better. Also it will seem you are looking towards a person in the interview.

ОтветитьSurprised there was no mention of bent press, side press, overhead walks, Turkish getups those kind of lifts. Classic old school stuff that atlas does that I'm sure is valuable that no one does anymore.

ОтветитьSomewhere around 2018 when I turned forty, my testosterone came up low on my blood tests, so I started taking TRT. The other side of that is that my triglycerides were way high and my A1C came back at 9.7%. I started working on my metabolic health and my triglycerides and blood sugar are way better. On top of that, my total testosterone is now in the 600s. And I only did TRT for less than a year.

Here’s a tip for calf’s. After maxing out for 20+ reps with 500 pounds, my donkey calf machine was done. I switched to single leg donkey calf raises and all of sudden gains. Steady gains for the first time in years. Give it a try guys.

ОтветитьAtlas was the main inspiration in my picking up Jefferson curls. I started with 5lbs, yesterday I did 220 for 10 reps. Next Monday I graduate to 2 plates!

Do weighted pull ups for the one arm pull up
Do Zanetti press for back lever, planche, and Maltese (gymnasts actually do this)
