Getting the 10 zote kills for the golden zote statue was probably the hardest thing in the game for me xD The boss fight itself wasn't actually too hard but there are a few un-telegraphed movements he can do whilst you are attacking (Just casually walks towards you for example, no animation just starts walking like he is repositioning) that ruined my runs so many times.

For me hollow knight was the easiest boss in the game i beat him in first try and i struggled with hornet 1

just use sharp shadow. you can dash through any boss, even the failed champion. this will also cause your shade cloak to deal half your nail damage

I’ve misgendered Skurry a few times too (I started watching them after they came out, but I started with their old videos so I didn’t realize until I watched a new video and saw everyone using they/them in the comments lol oops) and the most important part of getting better at it is noticing when you get it wrong :)

The only reason I don’t think it’s a sequel is because then team cherry has to pick a true ending, which they said they didn’t want to. Also even then it could still work if it weren’t for the sealed siblings ending because then that ending is basically completely invalidated. Also let’s not forget the extra special, super secret ending where the mushroom guy flies off into space once you beat the game.

Trust me no major glitches is the opposite of boring, Hollow Knight has some of the craziest legit skips I've ever seen. Acid skips, shade skips, triple jumps using vengeful spirit, I love it.
