Digital zoom isn’t a new feature. Air 2 also has it. The Air 2S’s zoom is double the range though and goes up to 8x instead of 4x at 1080p and 4x at 4K. 2x zoom at 4K looks perfectly fine by the way with almost no noticeable loss in detail. Mavic 3 Pro will probably be 2x the price of the 2S and the 2S is only $200 more than the Air 2 so I disagreed with you and sold my Air 2 to buy the 2S and am very happy.

Thank you very much for your review. I’ve been struggling on whether to upgrade from my Air 2, to the 2s, because it’s the latest and greatest, but deep inside I know that I don’t need it. It’s a want, rather than a need. My Air 2 is a great drone. I think I’ll hold out for the next version. Thanks again. 👍🏼

absolutely not worth upgrading if you have a air 2. just wait for Mavic pro 3 if you want a massive upgrade. oh also don't forget about hdr in air 2. I shot a beautiful scenery with it :)
