Hi, I have shared excel sheet with 25 user on local network.
When someone open the sheet they get all the record available in sheet. I want to set a security when any user open a sheet he will get only his projects not any other user data and one admin user who will see all the projects and update if needed.
Suppose there are X, Y, Z ... users. If X user opened sheet he will get only his projects not of Y or any other.

Hello. It is my desire to build a database that will track tasks (1) by team members; (2) multiple contracts by individual country; (2) admin resources within each country; (3) Consultants within each country (3) logistical contracts (tracking #, start date, end date, signature tracking to 3 stages of signature (3) final executed contract receipt by HQ; date entry to contract database tracker). So this will be an extensive detailed project tracker to replace multiple spreadsheets with multiple sheets. Please advise on whether this can be published in Excel for use by organization. Nice. However, the problem is that a spreadsheet is not a database. You can kludge Excel into being one (sort of), but it's a hack...probably better to use Access (or Filemaker)

Can I suggest modifying the Next/Previous month routines to use the "named range" instead of a fixed offset, then the "named range" can be moved within the sheet without upsetting the code

Changed to use relative addressing to allow the named range to be anywhere on the sheet
