Turn Stale Inventory into CASH!! Proven Strategy!

There is another step with stale listings that are optimized but just don’t sell. Go to traffic and set the calendar for the previous day then scroll down to the listings and see how many impressions each item gets in the day. Edit the ones with less than 50 impressions by adding .1% to your promoted amount. This works better than relisting on most items. I check this often and edit often. I start promoted low enough to add the .1%. And delete and sell similar when it reaches to high in promoted. I sell lots of items that are older items. I sell mens clothing.

What are your thoughts on using the text description box? To include just a repeat of the item tidal, the individual measurements length with height, short sleeve, long sleeve. Whatever and then include a statement about your shipping policy and the return policy

80 percent of the time when listing off another sellers item specifics there are major issues ! Always check those specifics and item Titles ! The one and only reason i use this is to make sure im in the right search category as many times I've seen the algorithm struggle with categorizing , when i see unrelated item specifics , i go back to the listing and play with the words. Like you i got back to older listings and have on occasion changed one word and it sold within a short time.

Hi. What is a realistic average net profit after COG per item to aim for?

I have done this and found that my some photos were missing or rearranged and some of the specifics were not there that I know I put in all of my listings. Not sure how this happens but it did and I was able to fix before the sale.

Good information. Thank you for sharing👍. For me, I save time by selling similar off my own listings.98% of the time, I've sold a similar item before, so only a few tweaks are needed. When I have to double check over someone else's listing, it takes me twice as long looking for mistakes & weird stuff that was added in.
